Use the tools, do not fight the tools
This policy applies to website forms, download links, client portals, review tools, shared folders, accounts, and other interactive features provided by Sequence. Use them for legitimate communication, collaboration, purchases, and project delivery.
Prohibited conduct
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access, probe security, bypass rate limits, interfere with service, or introduce malware, destructive code, or harmful automation.
• Using false identities, stolen payment details, misleading project information, impersonation, phishing, spam, or fraudulent refund and chargeback activity.
• Uploading or requesting content that is unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, hateful, threatening, privacy-invasive, infringing, or designed to deceive people about material facts.
• Sharing private download links, credentials, unreleased client material, or licensed source assets with people who are not authorised to receive them.
• Scraping, copying, or extracting site content at a scale or in a way that harms the service, evades access controls, or creates a competing library.
• Using Sequence assets, content, or systems to train or assemble generative models and datasets without written permission.
Your submissions
You remain responsible for material you upload, link, or send. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, releases, permissions, and lawful basis to provide it and to ask Sequence to use it for the requested project. Do not send passwords, highly sensitive personal data, or confidential material through an ordinary form when a secure method has not been agreed.
Accounts and access links
Keep credentials and private links secure, use accurate account information, and notify us if access may be compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account or shared link until you tell us about unauthorised use, except where the law says otherwise.
Project collaboration
Review links and shared workspaces are intended for the people involved in the project. Feedback should relate to the work and should not include harassment, confidential information unrelated to the project, or instructions that would make the deliverable unlawful or misleading. We may preserve activity records needed to resolve approvals, security incidents, or disputes.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access; remove submitted material; pause a project; invalidate a download link; or contact relevant providers or authorities when reasonably necessary to protect people, rights, systems, or the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable correction before taking permanent action.
Report a concern
If you find a security issue, exposed file, suspicious message, or misuse of Sequence material, report it responsibly through the contact page or to videopros@email.com. Please include the relevant link and enough detail to investigate, but do not publicly expose private information or exploit the issue further.
