A sculptural fashion editorial placing sharp tailoring against reeds, chalk, open water and a few unapologetically strange objects that make the landscape feel newly invented.

Tailoring with the walls removed

Aurel’s collection is built from disciplined lines, but the campaign needed air around them. We moved the wardrobe into open fields, pale quarry surfaces and still water, using the landscape as a generous studio rather than a scenic postcard. The contrast makes every shoulder, lapel and silhouette easier to read.

Objects with one clear job

The mirror, chairs and red frame were chosen as simple compositional tools. They reflected sky, repeated garment geometry and gave the models something physical to work with. Each setup was designed to produce a strong wide image and a useful portrait before the coastal light changed its mind - which it did regularly and without apology.

The strongest pairings were

  • Black tailoring against tall grass and warm, wind-softened earth

  • Clean white suiting balanced by a circular mirror and open blue sky

  • Graphic group portraits using chairs, chalk textures and the red frame as anchors

The final editorial feels controlled without becoming stiff. It gives the garments clear commercial value while leaving enough oddness in the frame to make the campaign memorable after the scrolling stops.
